Soak one cup of rice (sticky or Binni rice) in water for 7 to 8 hours. Then wrap it in a clean cotton cloth and steam it in the oven for 30 minutes. Then lower and pour into a nonstick pan.
Now mix one cup of coconut milk (a little more than 2 cups) and three tablespoons of sugar and a little salt and stir in the oven. When the sugar is melted, take down the mixture. Put the rice pot on low heat and pour the milk mixture in it a few times. You will see that the rice will absorb all the milk. This is how to make sticky rice.
In another bowl, mix half a cup of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cornflower in a little water and thicken.
Cut ripe mango into slices.
Now pour some rice in a pot and serve it with mango mixture and fried sesame seeds.
