Garlic pickle is very tasty to eat and beneficial for the body.
Materials required:
1.5-2 kg of garlic, 1 cup of mustard paste, 3 tablespoons of ginger paste, 3 teaspoons or amount of panchforan, 1 teaspoon of turmeric and chili powder, 2 cups of vinegar or lemon juice, amount of mustard oil, sugar to taste, salt Quantitatively.
Mix mustard and ginger paste with lemon juice or vinegar and put it in a container. Then put mustard oil in a pan or frying pan in the oven. When the oil is hot, boil it five times. Reduce the flame of cotton after five fryings. Then pour ginger and mustard paste, turmeric-chili powder in oil, and keep stirring. When the paste is well mixed, pour the garlic and keep stirring. When oil and spices boil, cover with a lid. When the garlic is cooked, reduce the heat. Season with sugar and salt to taste. Stir occasionally so that it does not get wet. When the broth is dry, release the oil. Remove after 2 minutes of removing the oil. Then when the pickle is cold, put the pickle in a glass container.
