Delicious olive pickle recipe:
Many people cannot make olive pickles. And even if there are many complaints, it is not fun. So today is the recipe for making a very tempting olive pickle. This pickle is enough to bring water to the tongue at the touch of a little saltiness with sour-sweet.
What you need:
Olives - 1 kg,
Sugarcane molasses/sugar - 2 cups,
Mustard oil - 2 cups,
Vinegar - 1 cup,
Whole mustard - 2 teaspoons,
Mustard paste - 3 tbsp. Spoon,
Ginger / garlic paste - 2 tbsp. Spoon,
Turmeric powder - 2 teaspoons,
Salt-1 teaspoon,
Dried pepper ring-2 tbsp. Spoon,
3 whole garlic cloves.
How to create:
- Steam the olives in boiling hot water. Do not overcook. Remove when the olives change color.
- Heat oil in a pot and fry ginger-garlic paste with whole mustard.
- When ginger-garlic becomes granular, add mustard paste, turmeric powder and molasses/sugar, and vinegar. When the sugar is melted, mix it with olives.
- Cook over medium heat. Shake occasionally so that it does not stick to the floor. Leave the oil to cool down and mix the garlic Kwa and chili rings and fill the jar.
- If you can put it in the sun for a few days before filling the jar, there will be no fear of spoiling the pickle. In this way, many days can be saved.
